30-Day Warranty
Every repair performed at iRepair CellPhone is backed by a 30-day warranty covering the specific repaired OEM component and workmanship. We exclusively use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity for your device.
Repair Turnaround & Special Order Parts
Most repairs using in-stock parts dropped off by noon are completed same-day by COB (or next business day by COB if dropped off after noon). If a specific OEM part is not in stock and needs to be ordered, repairs may take 7 to 10 business days depending on shipping and part availability.
Customer-Supplied Parts Policy
If you bring in your own replacement parts for installation, no warranty is provided on the part or the repair. Because iRepair CellPhone did not source or order the component, we cannot guarantee its authenticity, quality, or performance.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the specific OEM replacement part ordered & installed by us
- Workmanship issues directly relating to the installed component
- Functional failure of the repaired part under normal use during the 30-day period
What Is Not Covered
- Customer-supplied or brought-in replacement parts (No warranty provided)
- Physical damage occurring after repair (drops, cracks, impact)
- Liquid or water damage after the repair
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Components or issues unrelated to the original repaired part
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim within 30 days of service, bring your device to our shop along with your original repair receipt. Our technician will inspect the device to verify warranty coverage. If approved, the repair will be performed at no extra charge.
