1. Services
iRepair CellPhone provides repair and diagnostic services for mobile devices including iPhones and Android phones. All services are performed by certified technicians using high-quality parts.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the device. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major payment platforms.
3. Parts & Ordering Turnaround
We exclusively use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement parts for shop-supplied repairs. Most repairs with in-stock parts dropped off by noon are completed same-day by COB. If a specific OEM replacement part is not in stock, it must be ordered and repairs may take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on part delivery.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer brings in their own replacement parts for installation, no warranty is provided on the part or the installation service. Since iRepair CellPhone did not order or supply the component, we cannot warranty customer-provided items.
5. Device Data
We strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair. iRepair CellPhone is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
6. Warranty
All shop-supplied OEM repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering the specific repaired OEM component and workmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. It does not cover customer-supplied parts, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after the repair. See our Warranty page for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
iRepair CellPhone's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
